Sunlight Analysis Function Corrupting Geometry

I'm trying to use the sunlight analysis function, but when I view the results, it reveals that it has not only omitted parts of the facade in the analysis (only on some floors, despite the floor plans being the same), but it's even changed the floor plans (not that this matters for the results, but it will look incorrect when exporting images).

This has happened before in parts - cutting and pasting the geometry usually fixed it, but I'm stuck with this one.

Separately, there doesn't seem to be a way to run analysis without trees being considered. This is not useful when the presence of trees is yet to be determined.

If anyone has had this issue too, let me know.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out.

This does not look as what would be expected, indeed. I am not sure to understand what has happened though.
To make sure and to help you solve this issue, the best in this case would be to continue this conversation privately, this way I could help you debug this specific proposal. I will reach out to you by private message.
Hope this helps.
