Residential Tool power could be expanded ... Anyone has more comments for refining this tool? Please comment.

The Single-Family Residential Typology is a great starting point for layout quick areas ... but have you consider adding different subcategories like Parking attached, detached, etc? Adding different House typologies like: Single family attached, Single family Detached, Ranch houses, Townhomes, Rowhouses, etc.

Just trying to think how this tool will become more powerful and useful on the development of single family and mixed-use communities when approaching it via Forma planning.

Hope this helps!

Wow! Thank you for your feedback!

We are looking into how we could potentially support your workflow without needing to create a new typology. We believe there is a userneed to be able to draw the the unit with similar tools such as the floorplan sketcher, so you can define the unit with much more precision than what we offer you with the parametric options. We also have received a lot of feedback to allow you to import a typology and use this with our tooling.

If, and potentially when, we will add this functionality is still unclear. Thank you again for your feedback!

Regards.

Arne
