Hello there, I removed the building data/layer from the left panel but all my buildings are still there.
Is there a reason for that ? If it's the intended behavior, it's not very UX friendly.

Hi! Thanks for writing in and asking.

When you order contextual data, it appears in the panel in your screenshot for placement into the 3D scene, but deleting it from there won't delete it from the 3D scene.

Instead, the objects in the 3D scene are controlled by Layers, which can be seen at the bottom of the Proposals tab:

You'll need to click the pencil icon on the base to enable editing. Then you can delete individual buildings from the 3D scene, or if you want to delete all buildings, you can select Buildings where my arrow is, which selects them all, and you can hit Delete on your keyboard to delete them from the canvas.

Hope this helps! We appreciate the feedback on how intuitive this was (or wasn't 😅).

Wouldn't that be easier to have the layers disappear when the data layer is being removed ?
Do you think the community might find that process easier and more user friendly ?

I don't think the current UI  UX works as best as it could. Each proposal should have an option to be fully detached from any previous option/base.
Maybe when creating a duplicate, give the option to the user to be fully detached, I know I would use it all the time.
Thanks
