I am not sure how long exactly you have been waiting, but as you can see in this help article, the wind analysis is a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). This means that it is a full scale numerical simulation of your site resolving fluid dynamics equations at each points. In other words, it is normal for this analysis to take around 1 hour.
As this takes a while, it might be easier to access the analysis using the history (underneath the button to trigger the detailed wind analysis). From here you can access the latest analysis or the history of the previous ones you ran on the same proposal.

This is also because the detailed wind takes such a significant amount of time that you can access, as a faster alternative, the rapid simulation. It uses AI to estimate wind results and help you iterate much faster.
