Could you please provide more information about the machine and the browser you are using? We are unfortunately not able to replicate the problem now.
Also - could it be that the machine has some (strict) management policies applied to it? Or an ad-blocker installed? Or is placed behind a restricting firewall or VPN installation? We suspect that there is some setting somewhere that stops the browser from running code that Forma needs to operate. If this is the case, we will of course try to make Forma compatible with that situation, but we would need to know more about what it is that goes wrong here.
If you could share a screen shot of the output of the Developer Tool in the browser when things don't work, then would be very helpful. That tool is available under the shortcut Control + Shift + I on a Windows machine, and Option + Command + I on a Mac.
