Building Function Color Bug

My team and I are seeing the buildings and terrain of our project differently, despite our settings being the same. On my end, I have given some of the buildings a green function called "Bright Green". However, another team member of mine continues to see all buildings as white, even though the function still shows as "Bright Green" on their end.

Additionally, that same team member cannot disable the satellite view mode. They try to toggle between map view and satellite view and nothing changes.

Below is what I see:

And below is what my team member sees:

Notice how the buildings have different colors despite the function (and function color) being the same. Also, like I said, my teammate cannot disable satellite view for some reason.

Any insight into fixing this problem is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @Jackson_MorrisGHSEJ,

Thanks for reaching out!

Could you have your teammate open the Display options menu at the bottom? They'll find it by clicking the eyeball icon. On the Building colors row, have them check whether the Functions button is selected. That's required to show the function colors across the proposal:

Similar suggestion for the satellite issue. Has your teammate tried setting the Terrain row to something other than satellite?

Apologies if you've already tried this, but since your post doesn't mention this menu, I want to make sure we cover this base first.

@josh.goldstein Your building colors suggestion worked! Thank you so much. However, the terrain display is still stuck on satellite. The terrain display changes when put into "Transparent" or "Contour" mode, however, when put into either "Map" mode or "Satellite" mode, the terrain just displays the satellite image. That is to say, there is no visual difference between map mode and satellite mode on his screen.

Awesome! One issue down. 🙂

For the satellite issue, have you by chance tried refreshing the app?

If it's still not working after a refresh, I'll escalate this to folks on the team who may know more.

Refreshing did not work, but I believe we found the issue. One of the members in our team actually ordered the satellite image through the library tab, and therefore the satellite display was actually a separate image in the base layer that we didn't notice (and I had apparently hidden the image on my end previously and had forgotten?). We deleted the satellite image in the base layer and the terrain now displays as we expect it to (and we can still see the satellite when in satellite mode).

Thank you, Josh, for the help!
