I have a student account under National University of Singapore, all my other Autodesk software works, my projectmates account on Forma works too, I was invited into the Hub and as an admin, my access is still view-only and my projectmates are able to access Forma to edit though they have the same student license as me.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Could you please clarify one thing, do you see this view-only banner when you are in this project or do you see this in other projects you have, in case you have them.

It would also be beneficial if you open a support ticket from our website (Bottom right in your screenshot), we have more context (license info) and your info also remains private.

I only have this project and I was added by other schoolmates, however it didnt work for my account.

Then probably you are eligible for the license but haven't actually gotten it. You need to just go here and then wait for the confirmation. It doesn't take much time to do it 🙂
