Forma Board Access

Hi,

despite being "Creator" at HUB level, "Admin" at Project level I cannot add anything to the board.

Dragging the widgets does nothing, adding from my docs via my connected ACC does nothing, dragging a simple image informs me I need edit permissions.

is there something I have missed here?

Hi,

Could you please check your access level to the site your board belongs to? You can do this by clicking "Site design" tab in the top navigation bar, clicking the members icon in top right corner and find your user in the list.

For now, boards belong to sites. Your access to a site carries over to the boards beneath it. If you have editor or admin access to the site, then something else is going on.

Thanks for the response

I have checked the site access and tried to edit the boards as both "Manager" and "Editor" to no avail.

Genuinely stuck as to what I might be doing wrong.

I doubt its an access issue.

set up? browser? secret button buried in account admin somewhere?!

any ideas, experiences would be appreciated.....

When it comes to browsers, I recommend using Chrome; it's what we support officially.

I would suggest you enter your board, and use the help button in the lower right corner. Select you want to ask a question, and ask the bot to connect you to a human. Please paste the URL to your board in the question you send; I will not have access to your board without your permission, but the URL contains the information I need to dig into any errors occurring. I will find your ticket, and we can communicate in a private environment.
