Compare mode crashing

When using Compare mode I often (almost always) get this error message : Your computer does not seem to support WebGL, which is a requirement for using Forma

I have colleagues with the same problem.

I have tried following the instructions before (now the link is dead). I have been in contact with Forma support and my company IT support (we have a tight partnership with Autodesk and the Forma team). Still no luck in fixing this. It has been like this for a long time. Anyone elese having the same problem. Any known fixes?

Thanks for reaching out. This sounds very frustrating. 

Are you just experiencing the issue in Compare, or other applications like Site Design, Analysis and Board as well? Have you noticed if it happens when viewing a particular analysis type or if it happens with all?

I have the same issue. The same problem in Chrome and Edge. It happens when comparing noise simulations.
