There is an issue with the Transmittals notifications. When somebody create a Transmittal and after that person is removed from the project in the platform, that person had shouldn't be able to receive notifications of that Transmittal, even if was created by that person. Because it can mean an information safety issue. I see that if I add a recipient to a Transmittal created by someone that is not part of the project anymore and its user was removed, that person receive a notification telling them that I added one recipient to that transmittal. It doesn't supposed to happen. That need to be fixed.
