Specifications tool Functionality after Publishing

The Specifications Tool needs some enhancement to make it more user friendly to manage after the initial upload (functionality similar to sheets where you can manage individual specifications sections following the initial upload without deleting the entire version to address any issues found after publishing)

This would enhance functionality to allow correction of any errors in the initial spec section upload that get missed during the initial review prior to publishing - without starting over.

Example: Following publishing of the initial complete specification volume, errors were found with [2] specification sections. Portions of specification sections had been inadvertently clipped into random separate specifications unrelated to the specification they were to be a part of.
The errors were able to be corrected partially by uploading the complete specification for the correct section by itself, in place of the original abbreviated spec section that was missing the remainder of the sections that had been clipped into the separate sections they were not to be a part of. The revised specification were still part of the same version set, but became v2 to provide the correct complete specification section.

The errant sections from the original upload were not able to be deleted/removed/relocated to eliminate confusion by their presence.  They were initially just renamed to make it clear they were errors - and later the specifications were all deleted and the team started over to eliminate the errant spec sections.

Separate feature request would be to allow an export of the current specification sections (as a single bookmarked pdf) directly from the Specifications Tool. This would facilitate keeping the conformed specifications clean and easy to manage similar to managing conformed sheets via similar functionality.
