Desktop Connector currently does not appear to capture or report file download/local sync activity back to the ACC / Forma project audit logs.
When a user opens or syncs a cloud-only file through Desktop Connector, the file becomes locally available on the user’s machine. However, this activity is not clearly recorded in the project/file activity history.
This creates an auditability gap for project governance and auditing teams. Please consider exposing Desktop Connector download/local sync history in the ACC / Forma project audit logs.
