Managing multiple Autodesk IDs

Hey! I have an account for my own business and software subscriptions and 2 other accounts for my 2 main employers (I have client-facing company addresses at both). I work simultaneously on multiple projects for both complanies and I'm constantly experiencing conflicts with Forma, Building Connected and Viewer login (Chrome in Windows 11).

Is there a way to operate multiple IDs on the same machine and keep them separate? Is there a better approach to this?

Thanks!

To manage account conflicts in browsers, I create different (Chrome/Edge) profiles to separate accounts.
You can then have them open at same time, I apply a different colour theme to each so I can tell at a glance which account I am in.

Hi @formworkdetailing and @Tristran_Badock

Great idea as a workaround when managing multiple Autodesk I.D's for different vendors. The only issue we have with this solution is trying to convince our I.T. department to grant us access to create the multiple browser profiles. Not easy! 😂 We typically would have to sign in and out of Autodesk using the various profiles when needed, but the only issue we have with this is that you then have to reset your Desktop Connector each time to clear the profile cache files from the previous user profile before opening a project with the latest profile in use. Not ideal and time consuming!

Regards,

Andrew
