How to get educational access to ACC?

I want to use the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) service (education version) to check the validity of a BIM model via the Plannelry platform:

However, I cannot create a new project in the ACC environment.

Can you help me how can I activate the ACC educational version?

Are you sure that it is even available?

It`s not officially available, but if you`re well conenctged to Autodek higher ups, it`s possible.

Better start schmoozing the Autodesk executives at conferences 😆🍸

At an AIA conference Autodesk executives mentionned there were "grants" for this, but these are not visible anywhere online. It would really be industry changing if students could use these services at a discount or for free, would make it really easiet to make cool collaborative projects in school between faculties (engineering, interior design, etc) and properlly learn Revit collaboration to be ready for the marketplace.
