Forma build submittal workflow creation- An option for either 'all reviewers to review' or 'minimum number of reviewers' to review to move to the next step is required, while create workflow (this feature is available in Forma doc/Review workflow). Currently the options available is All required or optional this is not helpful. Eg: if I put 2 users name in a workflow if one person is absent the other reviewer should be able to release workflow.
