extended Properties + Revit 2027

When testing “Extended Properties” in Revit 2027, I'm encountering the following issues:
- Once an “Extended Property” has been added, no additional categories can be added; the property cannot be removed and re-added with additional categories.
- When I try to link the file with the “Extended Properties” in Revit 2027, I get a message stating that no corresponding file exists.

I've found the answer to the first point: under “Add Properties,” there's an option to manage the properties—you can add or remove categories or parameters, etc.
