Autodesk Desktop Connector

Guys Hi,

 

Hope i am in the right forum 🙏

 

On one side the Autodesk Desktop Connector says "Everything is up to date" on the other hand 

all folders are still under syncing - see picture

 

Can someone shade some light on that?

your pic with the image showing still syncing is missing.

You can try troubleshooting the syncing project through the menu in the screenshot.

 

Alternatively you can disconnect the project, under "select projects", then reconnect to the project.

 

This should fix any files stuck syncing.

Hi @Moshe-A 

 

I guess you encountered this error after trying to upload a significant amount of information in bulk, right?

I suggest looking at this page with the best practices for using desktop connector.

I know that there's a new version coming out soon that hopefully will address this kind of errors.
