ACC web viewer is slow

We are facing slow performance in the ACC web viewer (Microsoft edge and Chrome). 

I've tried multiple file types:

• Published Revit cloud model accumulated file size: 175MB
• From the same Revit model DWXF: 5.1MB

Specs laptop:

• HP Probook 450, G10, I7-1355U
• 16GB ram
• Onboard graphics card

On a Zbook or workstation the performance are very high compared on the laptop.

Does anyone face the same issue?

We are also facing very slow performance on creating mark up on PFD files only 300kb and even more when creating issues in navisworks 3D model. We have tried plenty tests, working without antivirus or even working outside our network, but still no amelioration. The problem for us come from the autodesk web server .

Same. The whole platform is very sluggish overall. Even opening PDFs is slow. I tried using Microsoft Edge and Chrome, even in incognito mode as suggested by ACC Support. I understand opening several browser tabs will slow it down, so I limit myself to use only one tab, but it is still slow. It is getting very frustrating. This performance is acceptable for handling multi-million-dollar projects. I hope AutoDesk will improve ACC's performance, because it would be a pity if we have to switch platforms.
