Acc to Forma

I received what I assume is the same email notification as the rest of the ACC Admins that ACC was to become Forma as of March 24, 2026.

All well and good I suppose (although this constant rebranding is becoming tedious and making training difficult). That email indicated that this was rebranding and consolidation and there was nothing to be done from our end.

Since then, however, I have noticed that Forma is now a feature that can be enabled/disabled on our existing ACC projects:

ACC-Forma.jpg

What happens if we enable this now? do we need to enable this prior to the 24th?

Looking for Autodesk ACC specific employee response on this one (I know you monitor these forums so please provide a link as to any published requirements).

Hi @GaryOrrMBI

Thanks for noticing this and your attention to details 😁, and yes we know rebrands may cost some overhead when it comes to training and onboarding. The Forma module in ACC today, enables and disables the Forma Design app Forma Site Design and the associated Forma Board app. When the ACC rebrand happens, these modules will also be rebranded to align with the clear naming in acc né Forma. So for now i dont think you need to enable these on your projects.

Hope this helps.

Hello Comms support

We, as San Gaban SA from Peru state company, part of FONAFE Corp , communicate here in related to our actual contract that is running well, and have taken knowlede of the new products and renews (that go after FONAFE’s acts on the public tender to come in a few more months this year 2026).

With your Peruvian partner we had acknowledged the new commercial bandings and policies to come for the next 2 years, out of the actual 3 years we were used to contract.

We also had noticed around new product prices related to the end of the program called M2s multiuser 2:1 Trade-in. May that change rise your costs and would impact budgets for the next fallowing years to come.

Well surely continue with your new Forma branding lines without hesitation, nevertheless, the Building group brand product lines would challenge us for the future 2030 and ahead with the fallowing risks:

  1. Budgets require for the BIM related products (Building group mentioned above) could lead us to reviews the licensing continuation usage.
  2. The market of this line of products, included those related around Data Common Environment with Gigabytes or Terabytes of building information could be impacted for this decision. Meaning the fact of product changing to other brands.
  3. This impact is unimportant for our few companies, thought it could be a compromise, thinking of the hundreds of constructors and operators that build construction projects all over our country and region. This is part of my concern.

In short, the decision Autodesk will take with the next line of your world-class products should be public notified some time in the near future, meaning budgetary constrains could impact our own decisions as well.

I let here in my actual hesitations after your kind communications and on going information received from Fonafe and your partner in Peru Profile Consulting Group.

Best regards,

Asunto: March 24: ACC joins Autodesk Forma

Dear valued customer,

As a reminder, on March 24, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will officially join the Forma industry cloud and be renamed Autodesk Forma.

We’re excited about what this means for you and the broader AECO industry: an end-to-end industry cloud that connects planning, design, and construction. Bringing ACC into Forma is a key step in making this vision possible, helping teams reduce fragmentation and make more confident decisions across the project lifecycle.

No action is required for this update. Your projects, data, and access will remain unchanged, and the capabilities you rely on will stay exactly as they are.

You will simply see some branding and naming updates in the product interface and other content areas.

To continue receiving important product notifications, please remember to whitelist the new Forma email domains. As we previously communicated on February 27, this is the only necessary step to guarantee uninterrupted product email communication.

If you have any questions about this announcement, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your account team.

Best,

Autodesk Construction Team
