Is there a keyboard shortcut for moving the planes?

Is there a keyboard shortcut to move the plane up and down one step?  I've tried to look for documentation but haven't found any.  Having to back out, move the little ball, then go back to where I started is less than ideal.  I would love to press a button to go up and down a step without moving my screen around.  This might be a very noobish question, but I am a noob so please excuse me.

Hi Andrew,

I am sorry, but there are no hot keys for moving the slice plane in Flow Design.  I apologize for the inconvenience of this.  I know how frustrating that can be, especially if you miss-click the slider and end up orbiting the model into some random location.

Thanks,

James
