Flow will not allow access

I've downloaded the flow program from the educational community site and my account says I've been granted access but when I try and open the program, I get a message that says my account is not authorized.  I've wanted a couple of days and tried downloading it again but I'm still getting the same message.  Any ideas?

I see you have downloaded Flow Design 2014 from Education Community. Is this the one you are trying to activate?
