Flow Design plug in is not recognizing openings in the building model

I am using the student version as a Revit plug in for a building.

In one area of the model, I have an open arcade, that I want to understand how the wind moves in the building as well as around it.

However whenever I run the Flow analysis,  the arcade region always shows dark blue, as if there is no air at all. 

Does Flow Design read openings as solid? How should I go about analyzing this region? 

I would thing there would be some type of velocity within the arcade right?
