Education Licensing Problems with Flow Design

Hello all,

Having a problem with the A360 licensing with Flow Design. I have an Education license, and the Autodesk Flow Design website reads out that I "have access to the product" or something along those lines, however the program on my computer says that my account is not entitled for Flow Design.

All attempts I have made over the past three weeks of trying to contact Autodesk have been non-resultant. It seems like the customer service reps don't understand the issue... anyone have any ideas?

Quick update: I am now locked out of my Autodesk account. I have attempted to fill out the form with the Education Community, however it says my password is incorrect. When I attempt to change my password, I see the attached.

Man alive, is this frustrating.
