Can Flow Design calculate Drag Area?

Is there any way to have Flow Design show the total Drag Area, i.e. the Drag Coefficient times the Frontal Area? I think it would be convenient to have if it doesn't do so already.

Hi @Anonymous

FlowDesign wird nicht mehr unterstützt, bitte mit CFD arbeiten

By running simulations in Flow Design, you can gather data on the drag forces acting on the object and analyze the resulting flow patterns. This information can help you understand the pinterest downloader for pc and aerodynamic performance of the object and make design decisions to minimize drag. To calculate the drag area, you would typically need to extract the drag coefficient (Cd) from the simulation results and combine it with the reference area (Aref) of the object. The drag area is then calculated as Cd * Aref. The specific methods and tools used to extract this information may vary depending on the software and post-processing techniques you employ.
