Sorry to do this in that there is another thread addressing this issue here:
However it has been marked "solved" but it clearly isn't solved after nearly three years. I'm creating this new thread at the suggestion of an Autodesk Customer Support Representative in hopes it will bring attention to this standing issue.
In a nutshell, Flow design gives a message at launch that my account is not authorized for it even though my account shows that I am entitled to use it. Rather than elaborate on the specifics again please refer to the thread mentioned above. The exact same thing is happening to me, three years after the issue was marked "solved".
The one successful solution in the thread (perhaps why it was marked solved) was someone who created a new user account. I don't know how to do that since my license is an educational license and I only have one .edu email address.
