Picked Order Consolidation

This model shows a simple way of bringing together all the separate picks in an order to be consolidated in a putwall.

It also shows a great way of tracking flowitems while on a conveyor through the use of tracked variable labels. A side concept is that the order reserves a slot in a rack for all of the picks.

Hey @Markus Cueva,
I wonder how you created the "On Change" value on the "Wait for event" activity. can you elaborate how you inserted it please?

You need to use the sampler next to that field to click on ANY Tracked Variable node. You can always temporarily add a global tracked variable through the Tools area just so you have one to click on. I made a tutorial video to compliment this model and that step was shown.

This model shows some errors like followed;

time: 355.409817 exception: Error: An item has an assigned storage slot and is being deleted. You must unassign the slot before deleting. Storage System inventory has been corrupted.

Please download the latest version again and install it - this error should then disappear. We had to roll back a release recently and you may have downloaded it before it was pulled and patched.
