Hello Autodesk / FlexSim Support Team,
I am having an issue with the FlexSim License Activation tool.
There is an expired FlexSim license stored on my computer, and I would like to remove or return it. However, when I go to:
License Activation > Return
and select the license, I cannot successfully return or remove it. The status area does not show any result or clear error message.
The license has already expired, but it still appears in the License Activation window. I would like to know the correct way to remove this expired license from my computer.
Could you please advise on the proper steps to do this?
