FlexLM upgrade

I have a FlexlM server that has my Autodesk license as well as Flexsim license on it. I need to upgrade the Flexlm software to work with the new version of Autodesk software. Is the Flexsim license compatible with the new flexlm? Are there any precautions I need to take when upgrading?

FlexSim should work fine with updated FlexLM software.
