Please do not post the activation request XML publicly, it contains your licence key.
You can handle the activation yourself through the Manual XML Licensing tool in the My Licenses space of your account.
There is also a How To Activate tab there with detailed steps if needed.
If you encounter a problem during the activation process, you can post your request XML in a private question, only FlexSim staff will be able to see it.
