GIS Map Integration

Most user know that in FlexSim is possible to put a map as background image to model supply chain process but, would be very handy to have a GIS map integration. Could be any free online Geo Information System. Any search function for cities and the actual routing calculation between them. Something like the feature that I few weeks ago forwarded directly to the e-mail of the Development Team from another player in the market.

Hi @jordan.johnson, as of today I see 19 votes on this idea. What's the plan regarding adding a GIS map feature in FlexSim ?

Today we received a list of requirements from a lead reviewing several simulation software. GIS integration is one of the items in their checklist.

Hi Clair, this is on the list of bigger features we want to pursue at some point. There isn't any active development on it right now.
