[20.2 Beta] Don't move properties popup when a section is collapsed

How to reproduce:

- install 20.2 Beta build 708

- create any FR object

- double click the object

- expand one of the sections (e.g. Labels)

- collapse the section

What is observed: the popup moves to the left. What is expected: it doesn't move.

We've been trying to duplicate this issue. Can you give us any more information?
What windows are you running?
What are your DPI settings set to?

Screen resolution?

Running Win10 Pro x64. nVidia Quadro P3200, driver version 26.21.14.3206 (432.06) + Intel UHD 630, driver version 26.20.100.7755. nVidia Control Panel settings are mostly left as defaults (Preferred graphics processor: auto-select). The native screen resolution is 1920x1080, the same as the external monitor. I use 125% scale factor ("Recommended") when the external monitor is not connected, and 100% otherwise. The effect can be observed in both scaling modes.

Even with the video, we're still struggling to replicate the issue.

We also noticed that in the video, it is setting the name edit field caret to the beginning of the field. That's not supposed to be what happens by default. It should be highlighting the name so that you can easily rename an object by double-clicking without having to drag a selection in the edit field.

Do you have custom changes in the view tree or custom modules loaded?

Can anyone else replicate this issue? Perhaps if we had more than just Serge's information, we might be able to discern what is causing the issue.

We've been unable to duplicate this error, but now we've gotten a second report of this happening.

My best guess is that it is related to your monitor workspace configuration settings.

Can you tell us more about your Windows "Display settings"? Right-click the Windows desktop and select "Display settings" to open the window. Please post a screenshot showing the monitors and their positions. Also let us know which monitor is the main monitor and what the "Scale and layout" size percentages are for each monitor.

For example, here is a screenshot showing this information on my computer:

Monitor 2 is the main monitor, and both monitors are at 100% size scaling.

Sorry I was AFK for two weeks. [edit] You can find my display settings below, but I believe that the issue is related not to the scaling settings but to the position of the Windows taskbar. I prefer to keep it on the left side of the screen to save vertical screen space.

When the taskbar is on the left, the location of the properties panel is not calculated correctly. See the video:

Possible workaround: put taskbar to the bottom or to the right.[/edit]
