Why "Release Equipment" for a CrashCart resource is not working in this case?

Hello,

In the process flow "ReplenishProcessFlow" - of the attached model - the nurse ‘Female1’ replenishes the cart with medicines (boxes) then moves the cart to the patient’s bed for administration. After administration, she must return to the rack for the next replenishment. "Move cart then administer" process is working, but "Move cart for next replenish" is not working. The problem is like if the 'Cart' resource was not released in "Move cart then administer" process !

I really can't understand this problem. I would be grateful for your help.

On the Acquire Equipment and Acquire Staff activities the Puller field is still set to token.Person, but the token doesn't have a Person label. Since this part of the process flow doesn't seem to be associated with a patient I changed the puller to just say token in these activities.
