Why not all proccessors working?

Hello,

I have 1 Queue, but 3 Proccessors, the proccess time is by case for each item entering any proccessor, however only the 1st proccesor is working, why the 2 others are not? How I can solve it?

Please find attached the model. the problem is with the 2nd scenario that has one Queue.

Counter 2 and 3 are not working.

You send to port by case only has one case and that's to send the item to port 1.
