why my people stop moving to registration counter?

Hi, i am having a problem with getting the people in waiting line to move to the registration counter, i put 4 registration counters and only one manage to clear but the other three stop after the delay time. And after this, no one from the waiting line move to the registration counter.

Can anyone help me please thanks!

@soh W first of all your release location activity was not correct. It didn't point to the location resource of the counters. Secondly the label that you use to claim the resource should also be used to release it (token.Counter)

Secondly you claim the exit, but there is only 1 exit so i would simply use an assign label and put the Exit on the label
