Could someone explain to me why the simulation model is crashing during the simulation? the flowitems at a given moment do not move and therefore the simulation stops

Apparently it's a bug. I tested with different random seeds and, at some point, the model crashes. To resolve the situation, I separated the conveyors and added 4 entry transfers, which connect the conveyor of each product type to the main one. Therefore, the model no longer crashes.

Hello @moises10rocha,

The merge controller is supposed to be used with in line transfers instead of side transfers. You can see more details about that in the following post.

If you change your max angle for in line transfer then the model will work.

I have asked that this be updated in the conveyor tutorial.
