Why does my 3d shape enlarge when unloaded?

When my flowitem is transported from the queue to the combiner it enlarges but the numbered scale is still the same.container-pallet.fsm

Your Emptpod flowitem is set to scale its contents. You can turn that off if you open the Flowitem bin in your Toolbox, double click on the Emptpod object, move to the General tab, and uncheck the Scale Contents box.
