Why 2nd tote starts depleting instead of first?

Hi Team,

I have created model in which totes are unloaded from pallet and item are getting consumed from totes. I have to sent tote back to pallet once tote is empty and replace it with full tote. How can I achieve it?

When you "replace with a full tote" are you moving off the empty tote and moving on a full tote or is an item placed in the empty tote?

Yes, I have to move off empty tote on pallet and get full tote from pallet.
