There are some files on our website that have instructions on how to do this. In this link there are two PDFs that will help you with this. Step one in the first PDF talks about how to return your license on the old server, and the second PDF talks about how to activate the license and set up your new server.

What if the old server has completely crashed and there is no way to return the license . Would it be possible to activate the license on new server?
