do you mean that there is not difference btw them in new version of FlexSim?

That is correct. Previously, the FR versions incremented the nroftransportsout/in variables of the involved FixedResources and the regular versions did not. Now both versions behave the same way, incrementing the variables as needed instead of requiring the user to specify.
