I have one question about Flexsim webserver configuration file. The question is about active directory in flexsim webserver configuration. What is url in active directory? What is baseDN in active directory? and What can I use the url, baseDN, username and password to limit user using the webserver?

Can you explain to me the settings of active directory?

The ldap url should be your domain which can be seen by going to System > About on your computer.

For example I have gotten it working at FlexSim by using: ldap://flexsim.corp

And for the baseDN: dc=flexsim,dc=corp

The webserver uses this information to log into the Active Directory server and can see what users belong to which usergroups. If you make a subfolder in the models directory named after a usergroup, then models placed in that folder will be restricted to users who are a member of that usergroup. This only works if everyone accessing the webserver is on the domain.
