VR Not working

By trying to use VR HTC viva I got this massage

Any idea what is wrong?I use FlexSim 22.1.2 and laptop ASUS Rog

Does it still happen if your reopen the default workspace?

Yes. I have Also tried to open an older version of FlexSim and I got the same message again

Has it worked before on this laptop? On a different PC? What's changed?

It has worked on a diferent pc. The same gear.

The VR is working in other aplications. So this is not the problem. Only in FlexSim I get this error

Sometimes on a laptop there's an option to use discrete graphics for FlexSim - do you know if that is enabled? Also have you tried reinstalling FlexSim?

What controllers are you using and is that the same as the PC that worked? Do they need calibration?

What lighting option do you have set? Try disabling shadows if they are enabled, and make sure you don't have RTX Mode on.

Yes the controllers are the same.

Rtx mode is off.

I tried with different versions of FlexSim. It is the same.

I think the setting discrete graphics will change depending on your harware and OS. In the nVidia control panel you can select the GPU to use for OpenGL rendering under "Manage 3D settings" for example.

I have solve it with the setting:

File-global preferences-Open GL contest and I have also changed nVidia settings, that it uses the nVidia graphic card when using VR and with

treenode view = views (). Find ("active> Documents / Perspective / 1 + / ~");

in "User commends" OnPrewDrew

Thanks for updating us. Can you tell us what the user command was/is doing? Was that causing the problem?
