Value by Case - multiple criteria

Hello I am trying to setup a process time in a multi-processor by Value by case. I want the case logic to check for two values instead of 1. e.g., item.Type and item.Flow. How do I set this up?

You can do an addition or you compose numbers by appending like 5 and 4 to be together 504, which you can easily evaluate in a single case.
