I am simulating a unloading process in warehouse operation. The actual process I want to simulate is, a trailer come in and have several pallets. Some pallets are full pallets and only contain one receiving line. Those just need to unload by forklift and stage at Queue 5 which I already build the logic in process flow as 'Process: Full Pallet Unload'.
The mix pallets is different: a forklift is needed to unload the pallet to staging lane, but a mix pallet has multiple receiving lines on that pallet and need to sort it later for putaway. In my global table, one row is 1 flow item with a couple of labels, flow items share the same Pack Slip number are in the same pallet.
All flow items need to be unloaded, but for mix pallets, I want to unload by Pack Slip number and all flow items share the same Pack Slip number can be unloaded together on a forklift and then staged together at Queue 2. I tried to use batch and join in process flow but didn't work out well.
