Unable to display throughput information

MesasPolivalentes.fsmI have a very simple model and I am trying to present information on the throughput of a service desk (service desk 1) - I have followed all the steps mentioned in the step 4 of TASK 1.2 - GET DATA FROM THE 3D MODEL tutorial and I am unable to figure out what is the mistake that I am doing. Can you please help me on figuring out what is the problem. Thank you.

Hi, i suggest you to count how many tokens enter in the activity "Delay: Service Time" (pin the throughput of that activity). The throughput of the service desks will allways remain 0 because there is NO flowitems inside the objects that represents the service desks at any time.
