I need help. I would like to configure FlexSim to shut down the computer after finishing the simulation using the Experimenter.

You interact with your windows system. Then find a windows command line that will shut down your system. This line can you run from within FlexSim. Please look into this answer. You find triggers or events that happen, when an experiments ends. Here you run your windows system command line or external program.
