Trouble with Basic Tutorial 1.2 - Step 3

Just downloaded a trial version of the software to determine if it would work for facility management. I have begun the Basic Tutorial to better understand the program. And I didn't have any issues until I was directed to retrieve statistical data.

In Tutorial 1.2 - Step 3, even though I follow the instructions exactly whenever I open the chart properties the "Include" section is blank (see attached picture). Meaning that I cannot follow substeps 5 - 14. I am not sure if this is a software or operator error. Any ideas what could be causing this?

You need to reset the model after adding the chart. This should be added to the tutorial steps.

I didn't realize that was a requirement. Thank you for figuring this out for me.
