Transporter does not unload in Queue

My transporter (Picker) traveling from Queue (banding) does not unload items (Rack with pallet on top) into processors (stations) correctly. If you run my model, it shows some transporter taking from another transporter. Can you please help me troubleshoot this issue? Attached is my model for your review.

The problem is that you have an event triggered source listening to entries in the banding queue and you are unloading the racktote into the queue which triggers a new job for a picker to get another racktote and then load that. Instead of unloading to the banding queue just load the pallet and then move it into the racktote while the racktote is still in the picker.
