traffic control - network blocked

I am designing a network for a warehouse dock station that includes four dock stations. The truck on the left, marked in orange, is blocked and cannot travel to the exit node, indicated by a red circle at the bottom right. I have attempted to implement traffic control measures to manage the incoming and outgoing trucks. Could you provide some suggestion on this? Thanks!

Traffic control object is applying services to network node networks only. Since your vehicles acts like road vehicles and not railroad vehicles please consider to build your network by network node objects.
