Tokens in list not becoming available

[ FlexSim 20.1.2 ]

When 10 flowitems reach WorkCenter89Q, they begin to be processed. One ends up going through the rework process, but when it returns to the InRack89Q to be processed again, the tokens in the Process Flow are not available, so the flowitem is not moving to the processor. I can't figure out why.

(Tip: time is in hours so up the run speed)

Hello @Nicholas D2,

Your model does process the boxes that come from the rework station. You can see the red boxes leave the in queue.

This is possible because when the box leaves the rework processor there is a trigger that pushes the item back onto the InRack89Q list. So the item can be pulled from the list to the processors.

The token in the Boxes segment of the process flow that represents the item is held back by the Wait for event. The wait for event waits for the boxes to enter the OutRack for that WorkCenter, so no token has moved on untill the item has finished processing correctly in the WorkCenter.

Hello @Nicholas D2,

The models in the two posts are slightly different from each other. The work centers are named differently.
