Time fields have no header in 19.2.1

If you select one of the option of the time field at the max idle time or max wait time you get an error. If you look at the code there no headers there (no current, token etc) while the parameters are passed in. If you add the headers it just works.

This was fixed in the FlexSim 19.2.2 bugfix.
